Single through Quad Room rates are ALL $99 a night. (These rates do not include state, local and lodging taxes currently 9.63%.)
These rates apply 3 days before and 3 days after the convention.
If you want to bring the whole family, the hotel has 5 loft suites with connecting rooms. Call the hotel for prices.
- The hotel has 500+ rooms and 150 Refrigerators & Microwaves available on a first come first serve bases. People with medical needs will be free. Others will be $10 for the stay vs. ($10 a day). Put your request in the comment section.
- Can I request a location? On a first come first serve bases the hotel will make every effort to accommodate you. Indicate what you want in the comment section when you register.
- Will the hotel take pets? Yes, the cost is a $35 onetime charge non-refundable. Put this request in the comment field.
- Will the club be all together? The goal is keep all members in the North wing of the hotel. If you need special accommodation indicate these in the comment section when you register.
- What is the cost of Wi-Fi? Wi-Fi in the rooms, business center and registration area is free.
- Where is the Hospitality Suite? The Hospitality Suite is Room 1523. If you want to be close put that request in the comment field when you registrar and the will accommodate your requests on a first come first served bases.
- Is there RV parking at the Hotel? Yes, R/V Parking is $35/night. No hook ups or dumping is available. Make your reservations in advance by calling Lou Becker 303-443-8185 with Inliners & information will be passed along to the hotel.
